Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are made at the buyer's cost.
How to Start a Return
The quickest and easiest way to start your return is through our returns portal at www.tunbrewing.com/apps/returns. Alternatively, you can email us at support@tunbrewing.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Policy Abuse
Returns are subject to approval. In cases of suspected policy misuse, we reserve the right to decline future orders.
Returns for Beer Products
We understand that beer taste is subjective, and you may not enjoy a particular product. If this happens, you can return the remaining cans, provided they meet the return eligibility conditions above. You will receive a refund proportional to the quantity returned. For example, if you purchased a case of 12 cans and return 6, you will receive a 50% refund. The cost of the return is at the buyer’s expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will provide a return shipping label free of charge or refund the cost of shipping if you choose to return the item using a carrier of your choice. This can be done automatically through our returns portal.
If we determine that the reason for return does not meet our policy criteria, we may decline the return. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Alternatively, you may exchange your item for the same product or another product of equal value. You may also request a refund in the form of a gift voucher, which may include an additional promotional bonus.
Please note that bank and credit card processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tunbrewing.com.
