We deliver beer via DHL at £5.99 per parcel, with free delivery on orders over £60 within England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to receive delivery, as age verification is required.

Merchandise may ship separately if printed on demand, so combined beer and merchandise orders might arrive at different times.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Start your return easily through our returns portal or contact us at support@tunbrewing.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Beer products can be returned if they meet eligibility requirements, with refunds issued based on the quantity returned. Certain items such as perishable goods, custom or personal care products, and gift cards are non-returnable. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

We understand that beer taste is subjective, and you may not enjoy a particular product. If this happens, you can return the remaining cans, provided they meet the return eligibility conditions as set out by our return policy. You will receive a refund proportional to the quantity returned. For example, if you purchased a case of 12 cans and return 6, you will receive a 50% refund. The cost of the return is at the buyer’s expense.
